An AI platform rethinking how universities handle admissions. We joined the founding team to define the product, design the experience, and build the first working prototype.
Immacu is an AI-powered platform built to fix one of higher education's most persistent problems: the volume of manual admin work that sits between an applicant and an admissions decision. Admissions officers parse through hundreds of documents per applicant, transcripts, CVs, motivation letters, supporting materials, most of it repetitive, time-consuming, and easy to get wrong. Immacu automates that process, freeing up staff to focus on what actually matters: meeting candidates and making good decisions. Gabriel joined the founding team in 2023, taking on a co-founder-level product role to help define what the platform should be. The collaboration ran from early-stage product discovery all the way through to a full website launch two years later.
Our Process
The work started with product discovery. Gabriel mapped the admissions workflow in depth, where the time actually goes, which tasks were being done manually, and what AI could realistically replace without breaking what admissions teams already trusted. From there, the core feature set was defined: not everything possible, just everything that actually delivers value. The full V1 UX and UI was designed in Figma, covering the end-to-end flow from document upload through AI parsing, structured review, and output. With the design in place, a no-code MVP was built for early user testing. Immacu took it to admissions teams at top European schools, including ESCP, and came back with real signal: the concept worked and the market was ready. Two years later, Immacu returned to Nexus to build their public-facing website. They had a validated product and a clear story; they needed a site that could tell it. We aligned quickly on the vision, designed and built in Framer in parallel, and had the full website live in under two weeks, built to support lead generation, client outreach, and fundraising conversations.

Validated product, real users, and a website live in under two weeks.
Immacu now has both a validated product foundation and a public website that does it justice. The 2023 product work gave the team something real to build on: a tested design, early user validation with leading European schools, and a clear product direction. The 2025 website gave them the front door to match it, clean, focused, and live in under two weeks.
