AI Systems and Agents

We build AI agents that run inside an investment firm's own environment, turning email, documents and deadlines into a live view of what is open, who owns it, and what is at risk.

Nexus Engine is the AI operations layer for investment teams: hedge funds, private equity, family offices. It deploys agents inside the firm's approved systems, starting with Outlook through Microsoft Graph, and turns raw work into live operational state. What is open, who owns it, what is at risk. Nothing slips. The reason it works is the reason generic AI tools don't. The work that carries real risk can't go into a public chatbot, so it stays manual and fragile. Nexus runs inside the firm's own environment instead. That is the unlock. Compliance is not a footer here, it is the product.

Our Process

Phase 1: Find where the firm actually leaks. Investment teams already use AI, just not where it matters. The capital call that slips, the document a counterparty never returned, the filing with a hard date, none of it belongs in a public AI tool, so it stays manual. We start by mapping that. A short onboarding and bottleneck study across operations, compliance, billing and investor relations, so we build against real failure points, not a feature list. Phase 2: Build it inside their environment. The engine runs in the firm's own cloud, on their own permissions, revocable in one click. It connects to the systems they already run on, reads only what a single task needs, and never sees the whole business at once. The runtime is the open-source framework LangChain and LangGraph, with self-hosted tracing through Langfuse, so every action the agent takes is logged and auditable inside the firm. Operational data, memory and workflow state stay in the client-controlled environment. Only task-scoped context reaches the model, through enterprise services under no-training contracts. More compliant than the team pasting into a public AI tool today. Phase 3: A specialist for every seat, then an executive view over all of it. The first version ships team agents, one fluent in operations, one in compliance, one in billing, one in onboarding, each turning raw work into live state: captured, tracked, escalated when something is at risk. The next version adds executive intelligence, a single view across every desk, plus custom tools and dashboards built on the firm's own data. The same engine underneath, a different expert on top of every desk.

Software depreciates. This compounds.

Most software loses value the day you start paying for it. This works the other way. The engine lives in the firm's own infrastructure, learns how the business actually runs, and gets more capable every day it works. Every capability we build for the wider network arrives in your deployment at no extra cost. The firm's data, knowledge and context stay yours, with full export and delete rights.
