Know More
Immacu simplifies the university admissions process through AI. Gabriel helped shape the product in the early days, and we built their website when it mattered most.®
"Thank you Nexus for a great and effective project"
Nexus helped me outsourced the website development and its technicalities while I could focus alongside them on writing the content and aligning it with our vision.

The Business
Freeing Admissions Teams From Document Overload With an AI-Driven Review Platform
Immacu is tackling a major pain point in higher education. Admissions officers are overwhelmed with repetitive admin work, parsing through hundreds of documents per applicant: transcripts, CVs, motivation letters, and more. Immacu automates that process using AI, freeing up valuable time so staff can focus on what really matters: meeting and selecting the best candidates. Gabriel (Nexus co-founder) joined the founding team early, leading product prototyping efforts across UX and no-code development. The first version was successfully tested with top European schools like ESCP. A year later, Immacu returned to Nexus for help launching their public-facing website.
The Process
From Product Discovery to Public Website — Two Key Phases to Support a Growing Edtech Startup
In 2023, Gabriel helped define the Immacu platform. He mapped out pain points, translated them into features, and designed the full V1 Figma prototype. He also built a no-code MVP for early user testing, proving strong interest from admissions teams. Then, in 2025, Immacu came back to us to help with their website. Our Framer expert, Hakeem, quickly aligned on the vision and laid out clean, focused designs. We handled design and development in parallel. In less than two weeks, the full website was live, clearly presenting Immacu’s value and ready to support lead generation and fundraising.

The Result
A Fast, Clean, and Focused Website That Supports Immacu’s Next Phase of Growth
Immacu’s new website is now live and actively driving interest from both clients and investors. Built in under two weeks, it explains the product clearly, highlights the benefits for admissions teams, and reflects the company’s mission with clarity and professionalism. The clean, fast, and conversion-oriented structure was exactly what Immacu needed to establish trust online and scale outreach. Our collaboration with Immacu is ongoing, from prototyping to shipping, we’ve supported the product and will keep doing so.
