Paapi is a next-gen ad measurement platform helping brands see what actually drives ROI : across campaigns, creatives, and channels. Unlike legacy tools or ad platforms grading their own homework, Paapi offers independent, cost-weighted insights rooted in real user journeys. Using PETs (privacy-enhancing technologies), user-level tracking, and AI modelling, the platform gives marketers clear answers to: what's working, what's wasted, and what to do next. Backed by SFC Capital with a £420,000 pre-seed round, and trusted by DTC brands, Paapi is pushing forward a new kind of ad measurement: one marketers can finally trust.
Our Process
Paapi’s MVP had functional value, but its design wasn’t doing the product justice. We came in to completely rethink the UX and UI — starting from a blank canvas. Over two months, we worked closely with their team to simplify user flows, improve navigation, and clarify interactions, all while keeping the UI clean and intuitive. Once validated, we delivered a ready-for-dev Figma file that saved their engineers serious time. Satisfied with the results, they brought us back to design their website from scratch. In just a few weeks, we shipped a site that matched their positioning and goals, designed to convert.

The new product UX gave the Paapi team a strong foundation to build on, making their vision easier to execute and scale. The new website? It started working immediately. Within the first week of launch, it brought in 500+ visits and 2 conversions, early traction that validated the direction. Built in Framer, the site is clean, fast, and flexible for the team to manage. The best part? This is just the beginning.
